TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online store vaultnerd.shop operated by VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. and to purchases made through the online store.
By using the online store or placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
The online store may offer board games, card games, collectibles, merchandise, Pen & Paper products, clothing, video games and other related products.
Product descriptions, images and other information are provided with the greatest possible care. Minor differences may nevertheless occur, particularly in packaging, colour representation or as a result of manufacturer changes.
For used products, the condition of the individual item will be stated separately.
3. PRICES
The prices displayed in the online store at the time of purchase apply.
The displayed currency may vary depending on the selected market.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown separately before the order is completed.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
Customers may add the desired products to their shopping cart and provide the required information during checkout.
Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
Receipt of the order will be confirmed automatically.
5. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The customer's order constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement.
The contract is concluded when VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. accepts the order and begins processing it.
VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. reserves the right to reject an order, in particular in cases of lack of availability, obvious pricing errors, technical errors or suspected misuse.
6. PAYMENT
The payment methods available in the online store are displayed during checkout.
Customers must provide accurate and valid payment information.
Processing of the order may depend on successful completion of the selected payment method.
7. INVOICING
By placing an order, the customer agrees that the invoice may be issued and delivered electronically.
8. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using the delivery methods offered in the online store.
Any stated delivery times are estimates and may depend on the performance of the shipping provider and the circumstances applicable at the time.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
9. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.
10. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. until the purchase price has been paid in full.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers within the European Union may, where provided by law, withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Detailed conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are set out in the online store's separate Right of Withdrawal policy.
12. RETURNS
In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Goods must be adequately packaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
13. REFUNDS
In the event of a valid withdrawal, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
14. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply where it is excluded by law.
This may include, in particular, unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, customised or personalised goods, and certain sealed audio, video or software products once the seal has been opened.
15. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order until fulfilment begins.
If fulfilment has already begun or the goods have already been shipped, the applicable return or withdrawal rules will apply instead of cancellation.
16. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the customer receives defective or damaged goods, please contact us without undue delay at shop@vaultnerd.shop.
Photographs or other appropriate evidence may be requested in order to process the claim.
17. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND WARRANTIES
Consumers are entitled to all statutory rights relating to defective products, product liability and, where applicable, statutory warranties or guarantees under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms and Conditions.
18. LIABILITY
VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. is not liable for indirect damages where liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.
No exclusion or limitation of liability applies where prohibited by mandatory law.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
20. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate and up to date.
VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer where such information caused the problem.
21. PRIVACY
The processing of personal data is governed by the online store's separate Privacy Policy.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original content, texts, graphics and other materials made available on the website may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights arising under European Union law or any applicable national consumer protection legislation.
24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.
Consumers may use any statutory consumer complaint procedures and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to them.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. may amend these Terms and Conditions.
Amended terms take effect once published on the website and do not apply retrospectively to contracts already concluded.
