Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer receives the goods. If an order contains several goods that are delivered at different times, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

An electronic withdrawal option is available in the online store through the customer account.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

Returns

In the event of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay to the following address:

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payments made by the consumer, including any applicable original delivery costs, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of reimbursement.

For contracts for the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the consumer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where it is excluded under applicable law. These may include, among others, custom-made or personalised goods, certain sealed goods that have been unsealed, and other exceptions provided for by law.
