VAULT – Games & Snacks Kft. ships orders placed through the online store vaultnerd.shop using the shipping methods available at checkout.

Available shipping options and shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, market, weight, size and value of the order.

The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Any stated delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may depend on the performance of the shipping provider, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or another reason attributable to the customer, the cost of reshipping may be charged to the customer.

Visible transport damage should, where possible, be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Please also notify us without undue delay at shop@vaultnerd.shop.
